Needing help to raise a return lable through Sendle
I had 2 lots of clothes sold on the same day and wasn't able to print the label, so took it to our closest sendle location where they printed the labels, I cross checked the details and package and the lady attached the connote to the wrong packages!
Now I'm needing to raise a connote to send the clothing to the correct buyer
Any ideas how to do this?

Log into your account, create one with their from address, your to address, than email it to them. Or use ozpost to mail it to them (LOL).
If you don't have an account you can go into the same depot and ask them to create and print you labels, and you send them to the other party

Your selling career is unfortunately just about over. Using Sendle will finish it sooner. You cannot blame someone else for the error. Sendle are not a carrier - just a broker, Do you have any idea who the actual courier is? I think this is a disaster waiting to happen. Postage prices are all over the shop as well.
Good luck but can see only tears.

I couldn't agree more Daydreams, I actively avoid sellers using Sendle due to problems with them in the past.
