How do i send a invoice for second offer buyer The person has agreed to buy

I can't post this on another board.

Winner didn't want to buy phone or pay.  Offered to second bidder, she agreed.  How do I post the invoice to her.

You need to click on second chance offer so they can then click on buy now and once this is done you can send the invoice.

Unless they purchase it via ebay then you can not send an invoice.

firstly you needto get the first sale closed off with eBay (owise you will be paying fvf on that one too)

so you need to open a non payer dispute on day 4 and close it on day 8,

as already stated, click 2nd chance offer on the 2nd bidder, then they have to hit the BUY button within the timeframe stipulated, that will create a sale and and invoice for them.
