How do you become an Authorised Seller in Australia? Seems you can list product here that you can't with a basic package.

Due to the price-gouging that some sellers were doing starting with toilet rolls and then going to medical masks, hand sanitiser etc, eBay clamped down on sales of those products, you're probably lucky you can list face masks and isopropyl alcohol.

Other sellers have come to the boards asking your same question and have tried contacting eBay through "live chat" and have got nowhere with their request. It would appear that eBay has decided it has enough sellers in those criteria and will not allow any more (at this stage).

$29.95 for 500mL of Isopropyl Alcohol? Seriously? There's a reason eBay is not allowing sellers to sell certain things, and one of those reasons is price gouging. Which is what you're doing with your alcohol.

I hope you have a dangerous goods licence to be posting Isopropyl Alcohol. If you don't, then you have more to worry about than whether you can be a price gouging authorised seller.

WOW, that was a very short lived eBay career.........4 weeks!

I wonder if he was told to pull the listings and didn't, or eBay pulled them and he kept relisting them? That would upset eBay greatly!
