I'm trying to do the above for a Fixed Price Sale, and when I revise my item and tick the "Best Offer" check box I get no other boxes appearing which would anable me to automatically accept / reject offers above / below a certain price.
See the attached picture.
Hovering over the little"i" just gives a little blurb about what Best Offer is.
Everything I've googled says I should get other stuff appearing underneath when I tick that Best Offer checkbox but it's not happening.

I think the OP is using the quick listing tool as opposed to the advanced. I don't think you can set the option up when creating the listing in the quick lister.

Ok I worked it out.
go into your listing you are setting up. scroll down to the choose format and price section. Right next to that heading there is a blue clickable link that says add or remove options. click on it.
In the new page click on format and price. you will see there is most likely a tick in the box for Set a minimum selling price for your item when listing as auction-style, if there is untick it then retick and save. The other section should now be in your listing.

There isn't any blue clickable link as you have described - only what is in the photo I attached above.
I have subsequently received an offer, and after I reviewed it and responded I was able to access another page where I could set the accept / decline limits. (New photo attached - able to click the link highlighted in yellow and do the settings)
Not a logical set-up but got there in the end.

This is what mine looks like. I don't know how you are getting to what you see.
This is the second screen

That happens automatically as soon as the Best Offer option is ticked, in the advanced Sell Your Item form, anyway.
There is no need to go through the Add/remove options process and select the option to be able to set reserves on auctions.

Do you really think I would of have spent my time doing this if it was as simple to get it to show once the option was ticked. seriously you need a hobby.
