How on earth can Ebay charge for a fee on postage costs? This is a non existent service fee. Is this even legal?? I can't help but think this is a rort and there should be consumer ombudsman to make a complaint to.

looks like ebay do their homework before announcing anything.

NSW fair trading & consumer affairs are also accepting online complaints.
It just can't be legal for charge for a service you don't provide.
