Can anyone tell me how Australian Ebay sellers can give such cheap postage when they are selling on Ebay usa?

Some of them are offering free postage to the usa or very little cost for postage.How do they do it so cheap?

Probably have it worked into the price of the item.

There are also a lot of Chinese sellers stating they are located in Aus but send from China and have their postage subsidized by the Chinese government.

Either the goods are already in the US or the seller is Chinese and used the wrong ID to list with.
