You can't add your own payment method anymore to listings.

You can't. All payments now go through eBay/Adyen.

Your buyer pays eBay/Adyen, the funds are deposited in your bank account, less fees. 

You have been a member for 17 years, and are making consistent sales. It is a reasonable assumption that you have signed up for Managed Payments, and that you have read the not-so-small print about how payments are managed.
