I'm afraid not, once an auction-style listing is active, the format can't be changed (Buy It Now with Best Offer is a fixed price format). You can revise most other things if there is more than 12 hours remaining and no one has placed a bid, but if you'd prefer Buy Now with Best Offer, you would need to end the current listing and relist (changing the format etc before submitting).
