Had a customer who bought a branch of silk flowers from me and then she left a negative feedback saying that it is rubber and plastic....
Hey mate, silk flower does not mean they are made from silk as golden age does not mean it is built by gold.
Also the material used for the silk flowers is called PU not what she thought as plastic or rubber.
What can we do when sellers meet ignorant buyers? I offered full refund and would like to solve the problem but she refused.
Then I phoned ebay to see what we can do. Ebay said it is a normal opionion and they can do nothing. I said if my description is not accurate, the buyer can report me. What happened if the buyers' feedback is not accurate? Ebay replied me saying that this is only an opinion~~which means it does not need to be accurate T_T
Can anyone give me some suggestion what to do?
Thanks!!
Have a nice DAY!

Specifically related to the listing the neg was left for - White Calla Lily - were they actually fabric like your other listings ? If they were, then my previous comments still stand. However if they were not, then must admit, in the photos they do not look like fabric as one would expect if described as silk.
Sorry, I made my first comment having looked at current listings & only afterwards looked at the offending one

even though you have amended the listing a little, I think you are asking for trouble
in the description it says
Quality silk flowers

Request buyer contact details, give them a call and f word them.
You will be amazed how many of them will ask "how did you get my number?" "Leave me alone or I will call police"
Keep ringing until they stop being arrogant.
Not everyone has their correct number registered on ebay. Some seasoned scammer I met deliberately left out a digit...
Seriously, did you actually do this? Not good advice for the O.P to get them to pull details & abuse the customer.

I probably put some explanation in the content, saying that silk flower does not mean made from silk?
I don't know how common in the industry it is to refer to all artificial flowers as silk, but it doesn't seem to be that common, not enough to presume silk is now synonymous with artificial when it comes to describing flowers.
I say that because I did google, and there are a lot of online stores who advertise "artificial and silk flowers" - I would presume there is a reason they've kept the two terms mutually exclusive, possibly because if you look up what silk flowers are, it doesn't say "artificial, made from anything", it says (and I'm quoting Wikipedia):
"Silk flowers are crafted from a protein fiber spun by the silk worm, producing lifelike flowers."

Already phoned her but she hang up when I tried to explain. Only once. I don't have time chasing her.
T_T this PU material actually is more expensive than some fabric...And the customer called it pastic and rubber.
BTW, what does OP stand for?

Hi, you have done the best you can do, i know it stinks, but you can't change that, what you can do is make your listings clearer for buyers to know what there buying.
Never assume that the buyer should know .

Original Poster who started the thread.
I would also think that the flowers woul be better listed as artificial to save any confusion of they are not actually made of silk.
