How to deposit money to Paypal?

Hi,

I've had two requests for refunds today,  for items sent as large letters taking too long to arrive in Queensland.  One was sent on the 4th November and the other was sent on 14th November.  Both large letters.  I did advise both buyers that large letters to Queensland had been taking 3 weeks + to arrive and they said they were fine with that.

Unfortunately I only recently withdrew most of the funds I had in Paypal and I just can't find how to transfer money to the account.  I've looked but just can't see an option to deposit.

you can refund & PayPal will take the funds from your nominated account

Under your balance click transfer funds then select add money. Has to be from a bank account though.

Thank you,  I will do that.   I feel sure the items will show up,  just wondering if they will send them back to me as I requested!!
