I sold a working SFF pc loaded with working software and demo programs to prove it was ok. Buyer changed operating system and then said he cloned my one back in and it doesnt work. He then left me Neg feedbak. How do I get it removed?
Thanks Bazzle

Bazzie, unless you can somehow persuade your buyer to complete a feedback revision request, you might as well forget about it. Don't even think about contacting eBay as they don't care and the frustration from getting absolutely nowhere will drive you half mad. Ask me how I know this.

We have successfully had ebay remove NEG FB before.
It was given by a buyer who had clearly scammed us and we called it and discussed with PayPal.
PayPal agreed with us and said ebay should remove the NEG.
It took quite a few calls to ebay CS and eventually asking to speak with a supervisor before they would agree.
They did it, but it was like pulling teeth.
We have another very similar case now so we are getting set to try it again. But it's tough going to get it done.

Hi Bazzle,
The only chance you have of getting it removed is if all the messages about the buyer changing the operating system were done through the ebay message system.
If they were sent through the ebay message system you can ring ebay and ask them to read all the correspondence between yourself and the buyer and request ebay to remove the feedback based on the fact that the buyer has altered the original product.

Ebay seems to agree with me..but.. want me to ring and contact buyer and ask him to change his feedback. Im not happy about doing that 😞
