First off, get rid of "defects" and low DSR penalties for small/medium sellers, then hammer the Christ out of those scammers and protected sellers that make eBay not such a good place to be......................
No 2. Make it an easy place for people to go to where they can ask questions, and get a straight answer, not an answer that's on a piece of paper/computer screen and has absolutely nothing to do with your problem or the question you asked in the first place.
No 3. Bring back the easy link to the boards where even newbies could get help.
No 4. Those eBay crew that think they know it all.........................gag them...............
No 5. Turn the clock back to the early days when it was much better, even if it was a bit a touch amature...................

Padi, Padi, Padi, I am surprised to see you of all people posting some good old common sense on the boards. We both know that eBay does not give a rats about what the members think about all of this.
No doubt you will garner support from members, but that will not do any good at all if ebay sit on their hands and do nothing.

Here's an example of so out touch eBay is, they have made a decision that makes no sense of what is happening in the real world.
So good luck with expecting them to take notice of you.
p.s. my very best regards to you eBay..............................

And all written in their very best Chinglish.
I might be a bit more impressed if someone had taken the time to see that it was written in proper English.

They need to put me in charge for a couple of weeks (any longer than that and I'm sure I'd be corrupted by power, but I reckon my noble intentions would last long enough to redirect the big stick to the right behind(s) )

I would just love to see one of those mongrels when they had a problem pick up the phone/email and expect to get a real answer.
"Edit" Digi, you don't need to go to that power thing, we 3 stooges (who?) can do it for you..........."chops large gum tree down"

ha hah ahahahaha , padi, that response is so patronising & so typical it makes me want to gag. Ebay appreciates nobody's feedback, coz they couldn't give a Fl*** **** about it. I assure you & you'll find it easier to navigate. How do they know what we like ???

This kind of thing is why we NEVER bother to fill in those survey/rating requests they send out from time to time.
We just hit DELETE on those messages.

Bring back the Notes function in Saved Sellers and Saved Searches (and get rid of that 'follow' nonsense while you are about it)
I saved a few sellers a month or so ago but without being able to add notes, many eBay purchases later I have no idea why they were saved. Have deleted one already....the others will probably have to go as well.
In the meantime I'd like to update the notes on older saved sellers/searches but of course I can't.
Stupid eBay.
