How to remove selling hold

It had a selling hold on my account now,I cant list any new items,so what can I do to remove this selling hold?

Why do you have a selling hold?

Have you fully signed up for Managed Payments and been verified to sell?

Are you talking about the account you are posting with or another account?

I dont know why I cant list a item,when I did it,it showed me this:

Why dont you do what Ebay said and contact a customer service agent?
