Every time I posted an item eBay, my customer didn't receive the "Item Posted" email, instead they receive the "Here is your order update" email. If they didn't ready it carefully they won't know that their item are posted.
How to automatically send the " Item Posted" email to customer every time we mark the item posted?
Thanks,

Have you checked your site preferences?

i think the 'your items been posted' message gets sent when you put in the tracking number

If the site preferences have been completed, the buyer gets a SENT message if you mark the item as posted, regardless of whether you have a tracking no.
