How to unsend an item

A little while ago ebay changed their your item sold emails to be all about postage labels and sendle. Apparently I accidently clicked the download postage label on my phone which (without even logging in or confirming) has marked an item as sent with a label to print.

Can I unsend this? I have cancel the label but that seems to be all I can do.

If you're on your phone, go into the app and go to the item in question, and have a look at all the different links at the top. Is there one that says mark as unsent? If not, try going into the full version of ebay via the browser on your phone. Initially it will take you to the mobile view, but you should be able to scroll to the bottom and select either desktop version or full version (can't remember which one it is!).

Go to your selling page, locate the item and on the right there should be the option of a dropdown menu. In that, there should be the option to mark as unsent.

The mark unsent button is there now but doesn't work, tracking seems locked in too, weird.
