Spending the  FOURTH!!! hour NOW  moving from one page to another in eBay  long , convoluted web pages.

eBay Australia .....  can anyone suggest what I should do ????   TEL / EMAIL ADDRESS ??

All I need is to ask them to renew an item I have for sale  for the last 9 months.  When I am directed to reply to a potential  buyer,  it says I can't communicate with a buyer re.  items listed for longer than 6 month.

Can someone please help me how to convey this to who ever I need to.

I AM  UNABLE  TO  NAVIGATE ALL THESE TONS OF INFORMATION FOR HOURS WITHOUT GETTING ANYWHERE EXCEPT A WASTE OF TIME AND LOADS OF FRUSTRATION.     THANKS  HEAPS.

eBay don't renew items for you.

If the item ended more than 90 days ago, neither you nor eBay can renew the listing - listing data is erased after that amount of time. I can't see anything in your sales history on this ID (including ended, unsold items), so unless it was on another ID, it would appear the listing is too old to be renewed.

If a previous buyer has contacted you about an old transaction and you can't reply, click on their user name or feedback score to go to their profile, then click "Contact member". You'll likely have to select "this is not about an item" (because you're not enquiring about an item they have for sale), and complete a captcha, before the message will go through - just explain you're responding to their message but can;t reply to it directly.

Or simply end and relist the item. It will show as a new listing then.
