Hw do I resolve this warning - it's stopping listings going live

Because you only have a couple of feedback in the last year for selling, eBay sees you as an infrequent seller so your funds will be on hold, as it says in that link.

It shouldn't stop your listings going live. Have you signed up to Managed Payments?

I'm using an app that pulls the data from my Shopify store to ebay. The app wont allow the uploads that have this message to go live. but I have no issues with the other listings.

I'm not sure about managed payments. I've been selling in ebay for years (although a bit neglected), so most likely yes!

You need to be certain about Managed Payments

You will never be paid otherwise

And as mentioned, even if you have, your funds will still be on hold for 30 days as you are an infrequent seller

I can't comment on the app/shopify part since I have never used either

But Managed Payments is the most important part
