Assuming they *do* refund more than a handful of people of course

I'm guessing they will still make a lot of $ from people who don't notice they were charged/and or who can't be bothered getting it refunded or don't know how to get one

I agree with you - One of my accounts can now list without fees - when bulk listing it has the fees crossed out then 0.00 fees.

On another account I'm getting charged $1.65 per listing even though I have 40 Free Listings.

My 100 Free listings are still rolling over day by day on this account and are still working with no fees.
