I am not a business but I want to keep selling on ebay

I am not a business but want to continue occasional selling on ebay.

My account is suspended for reasons I do not understand and when I attempt to restore it ebay asks for my business credentials. I have none.

Can you help?

eBay are making all sellers, business or not, sign up for their "managed payments" which in effect means you cannot use Paypal for payments when you are transitioned. I suspect that is your problem.

For Managed Payment registration, did you nominate a personal bank account (an account in your name) or a business bank account (account not in your name)?

Is your eBay account a ‘personal’ or ‘business’ account?
