I am sick of buyers bidding on items and not paying for them! i have had four cases opened in the last two weeks, only one of which the buyer eventually paid for the item! why can't ebay re add negative feedback to their accounts??

Have you got the blocks in place to stop serial non payers from buying from you?

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my eBay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

Because if a buyer has negs, you can't stop them from buying anyway.

The strike system is instant, it only needs more sellers to put blocks in place.

Have you set blocks to eliminate non buyers from bidding on your items?

Select site prefs in account. Then buyer requirements. Show n edit. Set blocks and add anyone to your BBL at the bottom.
