I am trying to list an item domestically but get an error about international selling every time

I am simlply trying to list this item. is there limits on my account from not selling in a long time? i have positive feedback..

i dont understand what tim doing wrong. this has never been an issue. Please help!

I didn't sell anything for 2 years until Feb this year and had no selling restrictions. Check that the postage for international shipping isn't ticked.
