Ebay doesn't charge GST on any goods sold.
They charge GST on the fees, which is then paid to the government

Off topic, but why are you paying for a store with only 2 listings? You would be better off closing it and using the 40 free listings available to non-store sellers.
Members here will say that a store is not viable unless you have over 150 or so listings and a good sell-through rate.

Padi, good pickup - I didn't look before.
But, maybe, expensive items, saving on fees slightly? Dunno, no good at maths.

Thanks for that comment about paying for a store that we don't need! I thought that too. I cancelled that subscription a month ago and was shocked to see the monthly payment go out of our account last week. I wonder has ebay not registered my cancellation? I will want that payment reimbursed!

Well I'm confused.
You had no items listed last month, or sales for the last 12 months,
so how did you have a store to cancel?

I think once you open a store it has to run for a minimum time, and when you close it the same applies, so perhaps it has to run for a full 30 days after you unsubscribe. I'd check the rules on it if I were you.
