The point is probably that a buyer can leave you 28 negs because you didn't answer an email.Where do you read judgemental to make yourself look better out of any comments? Strange 'cos all i see is sympathy for the poor seller.Have a happy pill & try adding something constructive/informative/amusing/insightful instead of insults,if that is possible.
