What sort of errors are you getting? You can try signing out and back in again, clearing cache and cookies, closing down your browser and reopening, or rebooting your computer. One of those should work.
But it is Friday, which is eBay maintenance day, so I would wait a while and try again. Which you probably have done in the last 2 hours.
