first, this is not ebay customer service, just sellers and buyers helping out each other.

now, you need to supply a lot more info regarding your problem for a decent answer.

Go to advanced search and select the option to get contact information and you shoulld be given their phone number, they will be sent yours too.  I always send pick up buyers my phone number and invite them to call, it is much easier to arrange a time over the phone than by exchanging messages.  If you cannot contact them by phone and they don't contact you and a couple of weeks have gone by call ebay and ask if they will cancel the transactiion without giving you a defect if you refund their payment.
