Do you mean a buyer has sent you a message and asked to look at an item you have listed, but you are not able to send a message to that buyer with your address?
Rather than type a bunch of aaaaaaaaaaa in the body of the post, use it to describe the issue so we are not just 'guessing'

EBay donโt allow a seller to provide a phone number or address to a prospective buyer, (in case the buyer purchases the item when viewing and eBay miss out on their fees!)
your buyer will need to purchase the item, not make payment until they have viewed the item and are happy to proceed with the purchase. The buyer then pays for the item, if by cash on pick up the buyer needs to go through checkout selecting cash on pick up. Once they have done this the buyer will receive an email with a pick up QR or number code. The buyer provides you with the code, you either scan the QR code via the eBay app, or the give you the number code to enter. Or, if paying directly through eBay and are collecting the item same thing with the code.
if you donโt scan the code, the buyer can open a dispute for item not received, and you have no evidence the item was collected if you donโt have the code.

designers*n*more, the buyer will apparently only receive the QR code if they make payment as they go through the checkout.
If the buyer is going to pay in cash when they pick up, thereโs no QR code (and no need for it as cash on pickup doesnโt leave the seller open to claims under the MBG).
