I have an item for sale at $150 Auction $195 Buy it Now.  Item is still active.  Have had an offer of $130 and I have accepted.  She wants me to invoice her before Auction ends.   How can I do that, and end the whole thing early.

first end the auction - there should be a drop down menu on the side? or follow this link

then create a special listing as a BIN for the buyer, give her the new item no - don't put too many details because you don't want someone else to snap it up

you can have as a title SPECIAL LISTING FOR XXX(buyer id)
