I have basic ebay store with1000 listings allowed but have 4000+ in stock , do I get more with store upgrade as i cant get a answer from ebay , and have been trying to work out how i can get many more listings , as the 1000 items dont last long , even if im watching how many items i am listing of same item , drives me crazy , ive also tried to open another account with new credit card etc and ended up getting banned from using a new account , even after ebay customer service told me how to ??? happy to increase upto $50mth store fees BUT ebay saying to me , i wont get any more listings?? so how do these mega ebay store owners get 20,000 items listed etc

Upgrading to the next store level (featured) will give you more free listings and 1% lower FVF, but it sounds like you currently have listing limits and they'll still apply no matter what store level you subscribe to. You might still find a featured store is cheaper, because the insertion fees for each BIN listing over the 200 free ones you get with a basic store is 50c in most of your categories, but you get 500 free with a featured and each extra one after that is 20c (i.e. if all of your currently listed items are single listings without variations, you'd likely be paying eBay around $65 per month in additional insertion fees, on top of the $19.95 store subscription, but with a featured store you'd be paying $49.95 and no additional instertion fees, plus get the slightly lower FVF).
eBay will occasionally raise listing limits, but it's more related to selling history (the big chain stores etc seem to be exempt from these llimitations). You can request higher selling limits (I think) once per month, but eBay won't always grant them, or may only add an extra 100-200 to your current limit.
