I have been trying to cancel my Ebay Plus trial for the last week before it expired.

I've been trying to cancel my Ebay plus for a week before my trial ended, but with no luck.

There is no 'Manage membership' option and when I click on the Ebay Plus link it only takes me to the joining, and not the cancelling.

I have sent several emails directly to Ebay with no response, being aware it is the wrong forum to do it this way.

Help - I've currently been charge a $15DD for not paying for the next lot of membership.  Biggest mistake of my life clicking that free trail button 😞

Nearly a year and a half ago, I signed on for the trial. I believe I cancelled it before the 30 days expired. I remember very very clearly cancelling it and feeling relieved that I wouldn't have to pay the annual fee. Tonight I found out I am still on it! It's **bleep**, and I've tried several times to cancel it and I don't seem to have that option.

I have followed ebay's instructions below:

To cancel your eBay Plus membership:

1. Go to your eBay Plus membership page.
2. Select Edit membership.
3. Select Cancel membership.

BUT THERE IS NO "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" IN THE DROP DOWN!!!! 

I need to call them tomorrow morning. Rotten business!

I have the same issue.I thought I was stupid and just could find that dammed page but its a scam. I also need to cancel.

Nope, the instructions do not work as there is NO link.

I finally figured it out on my mobile, type in www.eBay.com/ebayplus and it will take you to the right page. Couldn’t find it otherwise

Wow I tried to cancel too and there is no drop down to cancel. Are they allowed to do this? this is wrong

I had the same issue with canceling my membership and it's so damn frustrating!

If you're having the same issue the best way to resolve it is to call 1800 093 577 and ask them to cancel the stupid ebay plus.
