I have had 84 listings ended without re-listing as the UPC field is missing.....what is this?

Over the past couple of days, I have had 84 listings not renewed as the UPC field is missing. I have previously re-listed all my items when they were not renewed and included an MPN field. Most of my items are not new, but collectables. No-where on my listing can I find a UPC field........can't contact eBay as can't for the life of me find their phone number. Any help would be appreciated.

If your listings are multi-variation listings then there is a UPC field for each and every variation to complete as well. Its a pain really.

Even if it is not applicable you need to enter "Does not Apply".

This has been a requirement for a while now.

Click on "Add / Edit Variations:

Then, select "Does Not Apply":

Then "Save". For every item. It's a pain in the ane...

As my listings are mainly collectibles I only have the one to sell.....not multiples.

There is nowhere in my listing form that has a UPC field so I have nowhere to put the Not Applicable. I have a MPN field which I revised previously to Does Not Apply which relisted the items without a problem a couple of months ago.

I dont know where to go from here.

I think I have this sorted.....seems I can no longer revise the existing listing but have to start from scratch and use the new listing form.....what a bloody pain. Oh well....Thursday as always going to be a quiet day!!
