I have issued an invoice via Paypal because eBay would not allow me to change the postage

Can anyone help with this issue, the invoice from Paypal is supposed to change the price on the item to reflect the combined postage. This has not happened.

I have noticed that not all the functions on eBay work 100% of the time, is this another glitch.

when you issue a combined invoice in ebay, and put the reduced postage in - you do not hit the "recalculate" button because it will just revert back to the original price

I had this issue about 3 weeks ago when the customer asked to pickup instead of my sending the item by freight

I called Ebay and they agreed there was a problem after we went though multiple attempts to resolve. Nothing could be done and the invoice remain unchanged.

I was of course charged the Ebay commission of the freight cost under Ebay's new policy.
