do you have selling limits?
they override the allocation included in the stores

your selling limits override any store allocations I am afraid
Not sure why it stopped you at 92 rather than 100 though
have you linked a credit card to your account?
and maybe give eBay a ring tomorrow and ask for an increased limit - they sometimes will.
point out it is low priced items so you don't need a dollar increase, just a number increase

As said above, the selling limits over-ride the number of free listings available.
If you've sold any items this month, those listings count as part of your 100 (assuming you're limited to 100). So 'sold' + 'current' listings for this month are limited to 100. Also, if you have any listings with multiple items available, each item in those listings counts toward the 100.
If your current listings finish before the end of the month you'll be able to relist them - your current & sold items listed are limited to 100 at any one time.
So if you sold 2 items already, and if you had 2 items available in one of your listings and three available in another listing, this would only leave you another 93 listings.

but matey, a big concern right now is your auctions.
were they listed before you opened your store?
if they are included in your store, your store package does not include any auctions that aren't in the collectables category - so your listing fee alone on your 99c auction is $1.50!
if you only get that bid - you're going to make a loss! (unless the auction is a marketing strategy and a loss leader, then you have already accepted this)
but otherwise???
Yikes

its frustrating because i opened my store to get 200 listings not 100

It would have been a good idea before you opened your store to look at all the information available through customer support and the site map, had you done so you would have known that a store allocation does not override a selling restriction. There may be other things you are not aware of, it is not too late to start reading.
