I have just successfully bid on an item, but the seller can't add the postage. Why?

If the auction is still active then the seller can not make changes to the listing once a bid is placed.

If the item has ended and you are the winner then tell them to click on send invoice and enter the postage amount and send.

DO NOT click on recalculate.

This can happen if the buyer is using an I Pad or I Phone to access eBay, had this happen a couple of weeks ago, eventually got them onto a PC and problem solved.
