I have sold an item to a purchaser in the US. It was posted, tracked, not collected, sent back.

Hi All,

assistance required please.

I have sold a dress to a purchaser in the US who paid express courier post.

The garment was sent via International Courier Post at Australia Post but was not received by the purchaser.

The steps for delivery attempts are all trackable and evident.

The purchaser still wants the item.

What is my obligation regarding return postage cost etc?

Any advice welcomed.

I had an item returned as buyer never picked it up from po. They paid return postage no worries. IMO they should be paying return postage - just make sure that as before it can be tracked !

Thanks, I thought as much.

Unfortunately the buyer has a very acusatory tone, in spite of me directing her to the tracking page as evidence.
