A buyer bought a second hand notebook that arrived damaged according to auspodt because of poor "packaging" fair enough I send the buyer postage and ask em to send the item. Days past and now ebay says I have 3 days to refund buyer even though item has yet to arrive. The tracking number they gave me is not auspost eventhough I bought auspost postage, and it still says its in nowhere near where I am. Ebay insists item has arrived and want me to pay refund. Anyway to refuse/report that? The only options are pointless

I would get onto ebay help centre and speak to a real person to get help.
