i just got an email that is telling me that account A & B are being limited but these are not my accounts and another persons name is listed in the account. I found both accounts and messaged the seller. Its a real eBay sent email, its even in my messages on here. Anyone else experience this?
Currently, my accounts are limited because of 2 low DSR in communication but eBay ADMITS there is a tech problem which is why I am not getting all of my messages. Someone filed a case because they couldnt get ahold of me. The first I knew anything was wrong was when eBay found in their favor! Now, 4 appeals later and nothing. This has been going on since about April.
*I have a different account with 600+ feedbacks. This is just my 2nd account.
