I'm have issues with fonts on ebay adds viewed on Ipads

I'm have issues with fonts on ebay adds viewed on Ipads .I recently placed some adds  and was notified buy a buyer that the could not read the add properly on his iphone  so i checked it on a ipad and yes the font was some sort of illegible italic text . Is this a problem? and what are the compatible text font for both pc and Ipad?

Different devices display fonts differently, best to stick with standard fonts like Arial, Verdana, Calibri etc, they tend to be more universal.
