I no longer have access to the standard photo option in my new listings. Not sure why?

I have always had access to both the standard and basic upload tool for photos when creating a listing. The standard feature is not appearing on my webpage and I can only use the basic uploader (been happening for some weeks now). As a separate issue my PC wants to install the latest version of Flash, which I do to no avail.  Could my photo dilemma be linked to this? Any one have any ideas how to resolve? Thanks

What operating system and browser are you using? Are you using a tablet?

IE and ebay do not get along, start using Firefox or Chrome and you will probably find all your problems vanish.

Unfortunately, Internet Explorer can be wrought with issues when using eBay because eBay's programming languages are newer than what your version of IE is supporting. Try using Google Crome or Mozilla Firefox instead. I was having constant issues with installing updates until I started using Firefox. I don't like how it displays fonts etc. (it's not as aesthetic to look at), but I have had to adjust.

Another option worth trying: Go 'Tools' (top right) -> 'Compatibility View Settings' and add ebay.com.au to the list. This might help.
