I recently sold a top on ebay and buyer now says "not as described

My daughter placed a ladies top on ebay, with photos a brief description.  Buyer is now saying "not as described" as the sleeves were not full but split and had fabric over the split so looks like full sleeve.  Buyer has asked for a refund, which I am happy to do after they send the item back. Buyer does not want to send item back as will cost more to post back then the item cost.  I then said I would refund the purchase price and they are able to keep item.  Buyer still not happy wants refund of purchase price, postage and to keep the item.  Any thoughts how I can get the item back?  In my "postage etc" it says, refund will be given but buyer to pay for return postage. Do I have to refund the postage even though it was spent?

The buyer needs to open NAD dispute. If paypal find in their favour they will have to pay for return postage and you will have to refund purchase price and original postage price.
