I requested some help but Ebay has not replied? Im a seller that has been ripped off by my Buyer.

My Buyer has requested a refund for an item she CLAIMs not to have received.  This might be the case as I dont have tracking to check , however, she mucked me around for payment for nearly 2 weeks then over Easter my parcel did not leave, it was posted but she requested a refund and got it. BANG just like that!  My feedback and rating is great and hers is dreadful and they give HER THE REFUND?????

Not sure if I want to keep using Ebay, any other sellers had this happen to them or feel that EBAY looks after the purchaser only?  IF so im interested to know your experiences.

And if EBAY is listening, I would love a reply to my 4 requests for customer suppport?

I'd still be very careful if I were you as the links appear in your post. All you have to do is click on one and the phone number appears. I don't trust the mods here as far as I can throw them and you'd be very wise to adopt a similar attitude IMO.

yeah that.gif

eBali is nice this time of year! Cocktails on the beach. Waves lapping at your feet. Palm trees rustling in the breeze. Ahhhh the serenity!

OP, as already mentioned, definitely try and ring them. Emailing them only gets you a computer generated reply, which probably has absolutely nothing to do with what your issue is. Good luck!

Just a suggestion but I and other sellers ..when being a bit suspect about a buyer re previous feedback etc. advising Item not received you can add feedback on her account Stating Item "Not Received Buyer Refunded"

This is in no way saying she did, or did not receive the item but lets other sellers know as well. After a number of these Ebay should be able to see a pattern.

I have only done this twice to buyers.. where other sellers have previously put in this message.

May help other sellers in the future and the buyer may then be hesitant to do it too many times!!!

Ringing Ebay I finf is the only way to get anything done... if you don't get the answer you need with the CSO do not hang up and ask to speak to a Supervisor and tell them you will wait on the phone till one is available.

Hope this helps in some way to you and other Honest Sellers
