Cancel the sale using 'buyer did not pay'

Read up on how eBay works.

I hope that you have been verified for ID and bank account (Managed Payments).  It is over a year since you sold and you will not see the money until you have that sorted.

Hi I have sold 3 items in the last week and have been paid. Thank you for your solution. I was a buyer for 17 years! I have already sorted my ID and bank account with Ebay. 

I just had a bad buyer who won a bid and did not reply or pay.

I've just had this too, with a few items. I am sure some bidders just bid for the fun of it, and have no intention of paying. Ebay is quick to deduct a successful sale fees -they should automatically deduct successful bidders payments.

That is an unworkable and illegal idea.

Buyers do not have a contract with eBay in purchasing an item, but with the seller; that’s one thing.
