I was suspended from selling by Ebay around 6 months ago

Despite ebay acknowledging that the issues were not my fault, they refuse to lift my suspension! To compound my frustrations my emails to ebay to ask for this taken further, are all ignored! Now I have almost 5000 positive feedbacks and paid thousands of dollars in fees, and now when I ask for help my requests are continually ignored!

Does someone know how I can raise my issues further? Im over calling the Phillipines and being taked to rudely!

Hi Richard. My understanding is that suspensions are hard to lift. I know you've rang eBay, but have you asked to speak to a supervisor? They are slightly above robot status and most people have better results talking to a supervisor. Try using the link for them to call you back and then ask for a supervisor. If you only talk to the robots, you will just get a computer generated reply because most of them don't even know what day it is. They get paid minimum wage at best and you only get service for minimum wage.

Thanks for your reply, and yes I always ask for a supervisor as the people who take the calls are very incompetent! Just has to be a way of taking my case further?

I don't have any answers for that, but someone should be along pretty soon that might be able to offer more suggestions. My dealings with CS are very limited at best.

what did you do wrong

Personally i did nothing wrong, I had to move interstate to look after my sick father. I had someone else doing my postage etc for me, however unknown to me they werent sending the oseas items! Also had another issue with an overseas buyer who wanted to cancel the order and get a refund whilst item was in transit, I refused as I had posted item. Paypal refunded and of course I got a blackmark as I didnt work it out with the purchaser! Lost out on postage and on item!

Crazy as noone was ripped off and everyone got there money back!
