I wish ebay would stop messing with my messages!!

I'm trying to message a customer to let her know the price difference between the item she bought by mistake and the item she needs, and they wont let me send it. Presumedly because I have mentioned "paypal invoice" in the message and they think I am trying to sell off ebay.

can they not see she's already purchased something? So frustrating!

Punch, yes it is the two words "PayPal Invoice" together that's the problem. I use "Invoice through PayPal" instead or you could try "PayPal Inv."

If they have already purchased don't you have their direct email address?

I probably have their direct email, but I figure when someone has my ebay email address, my business email address, my home and mobile numbers, my husbands mobile number and my fax number and they choose to message me via ebay, then its just good manners to return message by the same means.

I took out the paypal invoice part so it went through, the paypal account wasnt in their name so I hope they can all figure out whats going on.
