I would like to know why this seller toysrus_australia
Can list over 5000 items, when they have only been registered on eBay for just 6 months ?

Probably because they are a worldwide, B&M and on line retailer who have probably been selling in other countries on ebay for a while so have an established reputation.

Who says they didn't follow procedure?
All new stores have to wait for 50 feedback or 45 days before
selling limitations are lifted.
They may have waited the 45 days - hard to tell with feedback these days
And I'm not wasting time trying to figure it out

296 listings completed since the 11th of May.,(most sold).
353 feedback left by them.
83 feedback received by them.
5115 listings at present.
So I would presume their limit has been raised only recently,

Yeah, I see what you mean with the feedback received, I comes before e except after c, unless you have such high expectactions of delivery times then you can place it anywhere you want and still have your credibility intact.
It's good he wasn't given a negative.

Or could it be all the people that you pushed in front of Peter ?
