I am still learning to sell on Ebay. How can I change my International postage packaging from a tough bag to a large letter (envelope)? It doesn't give me the option. I sold an item to a buyer in United Kingdom, and the postage calculator that the buyer used, was $18.20 for a magazine weighing less than 500gms. When I took it to the Post Office, they charged me $7.40. I then refunded the difference to the buyer. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Carla.

For a large letter up to 250g, use FLAT RATE and change to Standard International Flat Rate Postage at $7.40.
up to 500g = $16.50
