INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Hi, I have a postage policy on all my listings that state international flat $20.00 any order after that 0.00. I had a customer order five different prints -put them in her cart and when she went to checkout she had been charged the five times 20. I checked my policy and def states 0.00 for other orders. Can any one help me with what I am doing wrong>? Thanks in advance JO

problem could be the buyer's preferences....have them try this:

Here's the steps about removing the automatic payment checkout:

1.Go to My eBay.
2.Click Account
3.Select Personal Information
4.Scroll down to Financial Information
5.Click Remove on the right side of Checkout saved payment methods.
