If someone buys and item but dosnt pay. Why does the seller still get there full name and address.
That is INSAIN. Are you trying to tell me that ebay under the radar wants you to seek revenge on these people that dont pay?

If they're a non-payer the ONLY "revenge" a seller needs to take is to open/close an Unpaid Item Dispute (UID).
Once it has closed without them paying they get a strike on their account and you get back your fees.
There is really little other choice for a seller. Then just move on and forget it, or block them if you wish.
You can also put auto-blocks in place to block buyers/bidders who have 2 or more strikes in a 12-month period on their account.
This will help reduce the frequency of non-payers you see.

Surely you jest?
Ebay go out of their way to protect these time wasting fake bidders. It does not even allow the seller to leave a red dot for neg feedback

Tested the theory.
If they dont pay all you need to do is click print postage tag. All the information will be there.

I am quite aware of that. Your question about does ebay want the seller to 'go after' the non payer

You're suggesting a seller is going to bother travelling all the way to a buyer's home for an axe murder or whatever?
You don't think it's a bit over the top?
Who has the time these days to put themselves out to perform a bashing or a house egging or whatever you have in mind.
Mind you, it's a great idea, a real lost opportunity on the part of most sellers.

I always assumed that was the case.
eBay even provide sellers with an enemies list (they call it a "blocked bidder" list, I presume for legal reasons).
Also, if you read between the lines in the help pages, it becomes apparent that late payments are to be considered down-payments on hiring a hit man (or woman).
Seriously, though, that's a rather dramatic interpretation of the text, I think. You are perhaps forgetting that this is a site where business takes place, and sale contracts are (at least partially) entered into when someone commits to purchase an item, paid or not - it's not that far out to have some pertinent information about the person with whom a seller has entered into a contract, especially because postage addresses can give a seller the information they need to send an invioce with correct postage.
ebay may (or may not) provide the information for revenge purposes, but that doesn't mean we have to use the information to take said revenge.
Though, in saying that, I had a "buyer" a couple of years ago and I still low key want to send them an anonymous package from a certain site that provides the kind of service I'm interested in. (They send your enemy gummy lollies in a very particular shape, with a note saying "eat a bag of...." Hopefully the more astute, and / or low brow among us can fill in the blanks.
