Item for bid and has buy now option

Am i allowed to remove the buy now option if the item has current biddings?

If there are bids on the item the BIN option should disappear.

If an item has a buy it now price on it as well as an auction/starting bid, the buy it now will vanish as soon as an auction bid is placed

and it will sell for whatever the highest bid is at the end of the auction
