did Ebay remove them us non business sellers?

They removed them altogether - you can get some pretty simple and easy to use HTML templates for free online; just google something like free eBay template.

Try not to make them so pretty that salient information is hard for the buyer to find/read, though.

I can understand wanting to pretty up your listings it's a great idea. The only thing I would like to share is I find I read and look at the listings that have the info I need. Not line after line of so much stuff that I move on. So may I plz suggest u pretty up u sales but keep the descriptions simple.
