Hi all,
Just wondering how to put the immediate payment from buyers back in place? I changed it around a year ago because i was a little tired of having to refund buyers postage for multiple items. Well now I have gone in to setting to try to change back but cannot find the option any longer, does anyone know if this is still possible and where to change the setting? Thanks

I haven't used this option so the following might miss something, but I can't find a global setting in site preferences that will apply it to all listings, just the tick-box on individual listings. I did try to google for a solution that will mean it applies to all current and future listings, like some other settings, but all the threads and info pages I looked only had the instructions to implement it during the listing process on individual listings.

Thanks as always Digi. It seems eBay must have changed that as well as the myriad of other changes too because it was definitely there in the past under site preferences and just required a tick box (I think from memory it was the checkout section) but now no option there. I guess I will need to remember on all new listings to check the box.

It might be due to the impending changes to payment processing - I noticed there was an announcement on the payment section itself saying that sellers can no longer use their own merchant credit accounts to accept payments (support ended mid-March, but this is the first I've heard about it), due to eBay handling payment processing themselves in the near future, and it's possible that might mean immediate payment will become the default site-wide for fixed price / BIN listings, if other payment methods are also phased out (like bank deposit - exceptions would need to be made for auctions and pick-up items, though, so it's pretty much a wait and see game at the moment, unfortunately).

The option shows if I go to edit listings in bulk, its in the "payment information "section.
